Rick Glisson
Director of Operations
Rick Glisson, owner and founder of Haven Real Estate Investments, Inc., graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science and a second Bachelor's degree in Finance. Rick earned residential and commercial construction experience by working for R.J. Griffin Construction, Turner Construction, Glisson Construction, Bowden Electric, and Bailey Harris Construction before forming Haven Real Estate Investments, Inc.

Justin Durham,
Estimator & Roofing Manager 
Justin graduated from Gwinnett Tech in 2005 with and Associates degree in Residential and Commercial Construction Management. Justin has earned construction experience by working for Robert Harris Homes, Presidio Homes, Cofer Adams Building Material, Stock Building Supply and Floormax Flooring America before joining the Haven team in 2009.

Allison Resnick
Design Consultant, Paint Manager, Office Manager, & Billing 
Allison Resnick, Project Manager & Design Consultant, graduated from The University of Alabama in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and a minor in Psychology.  Allison has a variety of experiences in the construction industry by working with Pulte Homes for 6 years, and running CSA Homes, LLC, for the past 3 years. 

Ben Morris
Project Manager
Ben graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University and has worked in the construction field for 14 years. He has worked on several high profile projects such as Discover Mills Mall, Arbor Place Mall, and a Sembler project (Target Shopping Center) in Athens, Ga. Ben has also worked on several roads throughout the state of Georgia and has developed over 500 homes in the past 5 years. Before joining HavenREI, Ben was building Semi-custom homes in the Brookhaven area.
